Received well and very quickly. I haven't tried the reduction yet, so unfortunately I can't say anything about that.

The product arrived on time.

Took forever to receive and its so tiny can only get like 2 washes out of it.

Not yet tried, looking forward to starting the treatment. A review will be made after a month of use.

The included scrubber keeps getting pressed during use, so I have to hold it down. For long hair, it's better to twist it and just rub it with your hands. The scent is good because it's a herb, but it doesn't foam at all like the description says. It should stick to the scalp, but it doesn't melt well and falls off.
